Kyle (Electrician), Dion and Tyler did a great job installing the air con unit and upgrading the switchboard today. Very easy to work with, on time and knew what they were doing. Place left tidy and Dion showed me how to use the controls to get the best out of the unit. Very pleased with job and will highly recommend Absolute Airflow to my friends. Thanks Sue too for arranging the job during my leave period and for responding promptly to my queries.

Hot water system replaced and ducted reverse cycle a/c and heating installed. An amazing experience from start to finish with Alex and team. Everything from booking an appointment to team starting their work on time and finishing their job was impressive.My job was different from normal tasks of installing a new system. As gas is getting a lot expensive and my monthly bill was sky rocketing, I wanted to replace my existing gas ducted heating system with a reverse cycle air conditioning in a double storey home and then run it on solar. I spoke to few companies and got many different ideas like it is not possible due to double storey and you will have to install split AC’s downstairs and replace the reverse cycle system only upstairs. During all these conversations, Alex came across to have a look and he suggested that the duct sizes both upstair and downstairs are suitable for the reverse cycle air conditioner. He met me on Friday and asked his team to sent me a quote while he was still here (very quick) and asked me if I am willing to go ahead on Monday. I agreed and team was here to install on Monday. They finished their task on Tuesday.Feel for gas heating is different from reverse cycle electric heating. There is always a getting used to period where you get adjusted from gas heating to electric. Alex has been very responsive to any queries and happy to come over to have a look at the system if I have any question. He regularly checks after every couple of weeks to see how the system is working?I would highly recommend Alex for any heating/cooling installation related tasks. I have already referred him to couple of my friends to replace their existing systems.Good luck Alex and team!!!
