A big thanks to Dion who first came to diagnose a problem with our split systems. He was spot on with the issue but sadly the supplier and original installer disagreed with the solution leading to much frustration and lack of heating in our house for a month. It wasn't until they got Dion back on the case that we got it fixed and finally have a warm house again...we are forever grateful to Dion and team.
