I was referred to Alex from Absolute Airflow through a friend to have a Wi-Fi controller added to my central aircon. Two of his team members came out and completed the job in under an hour. They were professional, courteous, and respectful throughout. They also took the time to answer my questions and showed me how to use the system properly—something my original installer never explained. Alex, Zeus and the team at Absolute Airflow were fantastic to deal with and did an excellent job. We had old ac wall units in a townhouse with no room for ducting (flat roof, concrete floor etc) and the team brilliantly installed bulkheads. Everything went to plan and we are delighted with the outcome. The whole team arrived when they said they would, were professional and cleaned up afterwards. A big thanks to Dion who first came to diagnose a problem with our split systems. He was spot on with the issue but sadly the supplier and original installer disagreed with the solution leading to much frustration and lack of heating in our house for a month. It wasn't until they got Dion back on the case that we got it fixed and finally have a warm house again...we are forever grateful to Dion and team.
